1. Information We Collect.
In our Contact Form we require you to provide us with your full name, full street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address.

In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information about you. This information includes the URL that you came from (whether that URL is on our site or not), which URL you go to next (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, your city or country, your company (or ISP) and your IP address. Most internet sites today automatically collect this information to help them better evaluate the effectiveness of their site in reaching their intended audience.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.   


2. Our Use of Your Information.
Internally we use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site’s content and layout. This information allow us to improve our site and better tailor it to meet our users’ needs.

From time to time we will use your email address and, in rare situations your mailing address or phone number, to contact you regarding administrative notices.   


3. Our Disclosure of Your Information.
Idaho Falls Rescue Mission does not sell, rent, share or distribute any personally identifiable information of any kind about you to any third party. All information that we collect about you or your company is held confidentially within Idaho Falls Rescue Mission. Any company that Idaho Falls Rescue Mission forms a partnership with must agree to this non-disclosure of information before we will enter into a formal alliance with them, or in the event that they cannot by law agree to our privacy contract, then we will not allow them access to your personal information.

Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or other third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain private.   


4. Third Party Collectors of Information.
Our privacy policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their own privacy customs and policies. Since Idaho Falls Rescue Mission does not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy customs and policies of those third parties. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to anyone.   


5. Donations.
   When you make a donation to Idaho Falls Rescue Mission using the Donate Now button, we collect a variety of personal information about you in order to properly process your donation. This personal information may include: name, address, phone, email address, your credit card information, "acknowledgement" or "in memory of" information, and donation amount.
   
   Idaho Falls Rescue Mission does not share, sell, or trade your personal information for any reason, unless expressly told to do so by you. Your personal information is maintained in Idaho Falls Rescue Mission' secure database and will be used to contact you regarding further involvement with the organization, unless you have specified that you do not wish to be contacted. This may include letters, emails, and, though rare, phone calls. We reserve the right to contact you in order to verify personal information should it become necessary.
   
   Idaho Falls Rescue Mission collects credit card information from our donors so that we can process donations, tickets to our fundraising events and monthly fees.
   
   If you select to make a recurring donation you will be registering to make a credit card donation every month, 3 months, or year. After you complete this initial donation, future donations will be made automatically. You will receive an email receipt from Idaho Falls Rescue Mission for each recurring donation. As soon as you complete this initial donation, you will receive a separate email acknowledging your registration. Once you have registered to make a recurring donation you will be able to maintain your donation options (amount, frequency, billing information) at any time. Of course, you will also be able to cancel your recurring donation at any point in the future. Donors can view and update their personal information through the Donate Now system.

6. Security.
Idaho Falls Rescue Mission uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. Please use caution, common sense and good judgement before you give out personal identifiable information to us, or any other internet site.
