At IFRM, we provide safe shelter, compassionate
support, and hope for single men in need.
As a gospel rescue mission, we believe every person has value, dignity, and hope. Our desire is to care for your immediate needs while walking alongside you as you pursue lasting change.
Arriving at the men’s shelter means you’re taking a brave first step…and you won’t have to take it alone. One of our shelter associates will be at the front desk to welcome you and help guide you through the process of getting settled in.
You’ll start with a private intake meeting where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story in a safe and respectful space. We’ll go over some basic paperwork, explain what to expect during your stay, and make sure you’re assigned a bed. We’ll also ask a few questions to better understand your situation and how we can best support you.
Within your first two days, you’ll meet with a case manager to begin mapping out a plan- Whether it’s finding a job, reconnecting with family, or getting connected with needed resources. And if anything comes up during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We’re here to walk alongside you as you take the next step.
