We focus on what we call the “3 R’s”
Our emergency shelters include the City of Refuge Men’s Shelter
and the Ruth House Women and Children’s Shelter.
The City of Refuge provides warm beds to up to 25 men a night.
The Ruth House provides safe housing for up to 10 women, and one women with children a night.
We have an Evening Meal Program that provides a free meal to the public every day of the year located at 375 E. Street in Idaho Falls.
We have an amazing team of volunteers who is committed to ensuring that the hungry people of our region have a hot meal every day
We offer an evening meal 365 days out of the year to whomever wants to join us. It is at our City of Refuge location in the Sunshine Room.
This meal is prepared by volunteers and serving time is 5:45pm.
If you would like to volunteer with us by cooking a meal please visit our VOLUNTEER page to learn how to sign up and we will be in contact with you soon to get you plugged into this ministry.
We also have the IFRM Thrift Store, which is located at 830 Park Ave in downtown Idaho Falls.
This store not only provides clothing to our guests, but it also supplies the clothing for our Clothing Voucher program. This program is open to anyone in the public and provides essential clothing to those in need.
Our Thrift program has an amazing team of volunteers who serve each week to help us sort and organize items. If you would like to join our team of volunteers, visit our VOLUNTEER page to find out more.
